Booking Process – What to Expect

Give us a call (or email if you prefer) and we’ll discuss your requirements, proposed dates and whether the Rooms are available and a good fit for you.
You may wish to visit the Rooms at this point – we’ll be happy to show you around and discuss options and logistics in a bit more detail.
Assuming both parties are happy, we’ll pencil in your proposed dates. A 10% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Bookings must be finalised at least 2 months before your event. We ask for a £250 refundable deposit as a security against any damages caused by you or your guests. We will also ask you to sign a disclaimer accepting responsibility for any damages caused over and above this amount.
There is a keypad system for entry to the Rooms. You will be provided with an access code, which will remain active for the duration of your booking and allow you to access the building independently.
